Having owned numerous ankle weights, these are above and beyond in design, material and functionality. I am a forever fan. They can even be used as an accessory~they are that cute. The velcro on them is great and hold firm during aggressive workouts. They seem to have a true universal fit
since I have narrow ankles and they fit perfectly.
