Excellent weight - unique styling, which I love, plus perfect for light workouts. I ordered the lightest, since I wasn’t sure what to expect but I’ll order the next weight up, too.
The only slight negative is the physical size - it would be lovely to have the option of a smaller “U”, with the same weights.
