EQUIPT Takes New York Fashion Week: Movement Meets Style in the City That Never Stops

New York Fashion Week and EQUIPT were made for each other — and NYC showed up.

We kicked off the week with a signature EQUIPT Sculpt workout at Casa Cipriani, bringing our philosophy of intentional, low-impact movement to one of Manhattan's most iconic venues. Our no-legging-required workout made one thing clear: movement isn't about what you wear — it's about how you feel. (And no, "no leggings required" doesn't mean show up in your underwear.) Whether it's a sleek set or a pair of silk trousers, the best workout outfit is whatever makes you want to move and feel good.

What We Trained With: Using the Ubarre and Uwraps, we led attendees through a full-body sculpt session centered on low-impact, high-intention movement — the kind that builds strength, supports longevity, and fits seamlessly into a life well-lived.

Day Two: The Ned x Staud x Nejla Renee

The next day, we took the movement to The Ned. Every time I see a gorgeous library like this one I feel the desire to jump on the library and start signing ala Belle. Yet I refrained (barely.) Ok. Back to the night. This is where we partnered with fashion brand Staud and stylist Nejla Renee to explore the intersection of wellness and style. The focus? Showing how the Uwraps can be styled into chic, comfortable everyday outfits — because your wellness tools shouldn't live only in the gym. I did take home a little souvenir of crazy chic burgundy trainers. With my obsession with burgundy feels like that need to be a color drop, what do you think?

The through-line of both days was the same message we return to again and again: movement is not confined to a gym or a specific outfit. It's a daily lifestyle choice — one that supports longevity, energy, and a life that feels as good as it looks.
